Stephanie joins Beacon Case Management with over ten years experience of working within the NHS in an officer administration and secretarial role. She holds an NVQ in Business and Administration.
Stephanie is skilled at assisting and directing patients to positive outcomes; working in a busy environment managing a complex workload; understanding medical terminology and CQC regulations; and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Stephanie enjoys working directly with clients and their support workers, to ensure our clients receive excellent personalised care. She supports administration around the office completing a variety of tasks including: answering phones and emails; filing documents; taking MDT meeting minutes; supporting Support Teams including monitoring timesheets; and running audits.
