Every year, we reach out to our clients, their loved ones, support workers, and professionals with a service improvement survey. We have recently completed gathering the results and wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who took the time to respond. Your feedback is invaluable and greatly appreciated.
We are excited to announce that we have finalised our action plan to ensure we continually learn and adapt our service to meet the needs of our clients and their families.
