Celebrating Continuous Improvement: A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Community

Every year, we reach out to our clients, their loved ones, support workers, and professionals with a service improvement survey. We have recently completed gathering the results and wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who took the time to respond. Your feedback is invaluable and greatly appreciated.
We are excited to announce that we have finalised our action plan to ensure we continually learn and adapt our service to meet the needs of our clients and their families. We’re also proud to consolidate and build upon the positive feedback we have received. Here are some of the wonderful comments we wanted to share with our network:
“The whole company and staff do a great job and I’m grateful to be in such a loving, kind-hearted workplace.”
– a Support Worker
“Beacon gave me excellent training which gave me a lot of skills to do my job properly.”
– a Support Worker
“Beacon Case Management have their clients at the centre of all they do. They work very closely with the MDT and seek their opinions and support at all stages of care. They make the wider team feel valued and included in the decision-making process along with their clients and their families.”
– Physiotherapist
“We work closely with Christy Simpson in relation to two clients through BCM. We have always found her to be responsive, caring, and knowledgeable and have nothing but excellent feedback to give on how she manages and coordinates the clients’ care delivery.”
– Care Agency
“Beacon is a really caring, friendly organization to work with. The office team are fab and nothing is ever too much trouble. Christy also does a great job with all of the CQC work.”
– Case Manager
We are committed to continually enhancing our services to incorporate what matters most to our clients and their families. Thank you for being a part of our journey, and for helping us create a supportive and inclusive community. Your feedback fuels our passion for excellence.
Stay tuned for more updates and improvements as we move forward together.

Beacon Succeeds In CQC Inspection
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have succeeded in our first CQC Inspection, we have received a “Good” rating in all 5 areas of caring, effective, responsive, well led, and safe.
The inspection process involved reviewing all of our records, speaking to clients, their families, our support workers, case managers, referrers and therapists.
This was achieved thanks to the dedication and hard work of all our team, from the office team, case managers and support staff. Legal teams can refer to us with confidence that our clients receive safe care packages and we are so grateful for all of the work we have received in the past 2 years.
